The R&K 667 is a part of the advanced 600
Series of probers from Rucker & Kolls.
This series is based on a universal probing
concept for full spectrum evaluation/functional/failure
analysis probing capability on devices ranging from
discrete to VLSI.
The R&K 667 offers a full six inches of X-Y travel,
and can be used with probe cards, manual micropositioners
OR both positioners and cards simultaneously
including fine-adjust “diagnostic” probes
The R&K 667 incorporates ring carrier design and the proven
R&K dual post support system for raising and lowering probes (Z motion).
In addition, the R&K 667 is thoughtfully human
engineered for optimum operator convenience and
performance. Z-motion is deck mounted and duplicated on each side of the probe station for either right,
left or both-hand operation. X and Y motion of the stage is controlled by dual knobs on front side of stage.

JMI have been servicing the machines we sell for 40 years. We refurbish the machines and test them to ensure they are fully operational prior to shipment. If you buy a machine from JMI, odds are good we can still service it many years later, even if the OEM won’t. We do not typically charge for an evaluation.
